The first webinar will focus on the FIA Terms of Business 2018 suite of documentation, including the FIA Indirect Clearing Terms and User Guide. The second webinar will discuss the various legal opinions that FIA maintains. We plan to dive into some detail as to how FIA legal opinions are structured and also the terms under which they can be accessed and relied upon.
